The texts, pictures, logos, photographs, drawings and illustrations reproduced on the website as well as the trade marks cannot be totally or partly copied, reproduced, or transferred as they benefit from protection under the law on intellectual property and in particular from copyright.
ARTICLE 3 LIMITED LIABILITY

If errors have been committed, in no case can the liability of the company NEXITY LOGEMENT, of any subsidiary of the NEXITY Group or of the building and vendor companies of the property developments be engaged.
These illustrations constitute a free interpretation of the artist, such that they can have no contractual value.
3.2. Intervention by NEXITY LOGEMENT
If realised, construction of the property developments will be provided by a company endowed with a legal personality set up specifically for each property development. Thus, the option contracts and then the contracts of sale that might necessarily be concluded in writing with said companies can in no way be binding on the companies NEXITY or NEXITY LOGEMENT, such that these companies cannot be held responsible for any non-performance of obligations resulting from such contracts.
The general and specific conditions of the companies set up for construction and realisation of the property developments presented on this website can prevail over these general conditions.
3.3. Hypertext link
The nexity-logement.com website contains hypertext links making it possible to directly access other contents.
As NEXITY LOGEMENT is unable to proceed with permanent control of these contents, it cannot be held responsible for any reason whatsoever for the content of these websites, and it declines all responsibility in the event these contents should fail to meet the legal, regulatory or contractual obligations or if these websites are affected by viruses or by any other parasite of a destructive nature.
