Nexity covers all newly constructed residential properties with a full range of warranty protections, so you feel completely secure in your new home.
This one-year warranty covers any reserves logged in the official property transfer record, as well as any claims filed by certified letter with return receipt in the twelve months following the transfer.
Valid for a period of two years following the transfer of the home, this warranty covers problems with detachable components and fittings (valves and taps, radiators, shutters, doors, etc.)
For a term of ten years, this warranty covers any structural flaws (walls, roof, weatherproofing, etc.) that affect building integrity or render your home otherwise unsuitable for habitation. The builders liability insurance will pay your claims should you need to exercise your warranty, and pursue responsible parties.
